You can set GSSuppressIcon, although as a Window Maker user I find
this undesirable (it's usually used under GNOME, IceWM, etc.).

What happens if you install timemon.app and run TimeMon (from the
command line within a terminal and as a self-executing app in wmaker's
dock)?

Since we don't have access to the source code of your Ablak
application, any information we provide is just a guessed clue,
probably a false one...  Can you reproduce this with another app in
the official Debian archive?
