Done, i've also added a doc-base file here.

Ok, both not installed. I haven't find a good source for the manpages
of DBModeler, eoutil and gdlgsdoc, where could i obtain it?

It seems that there has been a NMU in the meantime, the existent RC
bug is already fixed.

The new version is uploaded [1]
