  * debian/patches/link-libs.patch: New; link with all necessary
    libraries.
  * debian/copyright: Add copyright years/holders; mention that some
    tools/bundles are under GPLv2+.  Include the blurb of LGPLv2.1+ as
    that's what COPYING.LIB contains.
