I've uploaded a fixed preview.app version, it builds happily but i don't
know if the patch could be improved, it replaces all the AppKit related
imports by importing AppKit/AppKit.h, is this correct? It is uploaded at
mentors [1]

I'll go on with gdl2 and ftp.app
