[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Bug#627638: libgnustep-base-dev: indirectly depends on both libobjc2 and libobjc3; causes packages to miscompile

Package: libgnustep-base-dev
Version: 1.20.2-2
Severity: normal

Here is a partial dependency tree of libgnustep-base-dev:

libgnustep-base-dev (=1.20.2) depends on:
 + gobjc (>= 4:4.2) satisfied by gobjc (=4:4.6.0-5) which depends on:
 | + gobjc-4.6 (>= 4.6.0-1) satisfied by gobjc-4.6 (= 4.6.0-7) which depends on:
 |   + libobjc3 (>= 4.6.0-7) satisfied by libobjc3 (= 4.6.0-7)
 + libgnustep-base1.20 (=1.20.2-2) which depends on:
   + libobjc2 (>= 4.4.0) satisfied by libobjc2 (=4.5.3-1)

As a consequence, a package that build-depends on libgnustep-base-dev
will miscompile due to compiling with gobjc-4.6 and linking against
libobjc3 when libobjc2 was intended.

To fix this problem, I think the dependency of libgnustep-base-dev on
gobjc should be changed to gobjc-4.4 or gobjc-4.5.
