[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Bug#702345: charmap.app: only partial window shown

Hello,

I tried to run Charmap.

The top of the Charmap window is not shown. It is not possible to resize
the Charmpa window to larger size than shown.

Terminal is spammed with Charmap[551] styleoffsets ... guessing offsets

I am using non-reparenting window manager.
