Hi,

since the Hurd build fix and the documentation fixes  are separate
issues, I'm splitting the documentation fixes from this bug (so leaving
it just for the Hurd issue).

The fixes for Hurd will be NMUed soon since its FTBFS, due to the
removal of the old libffi5, is holding other GNUstep-related builds.
