[Debian GNUstep maintainers] VolumeControl needs testing

I ported volumecontrol.app to ALSA.  It felt like I wrote a new
program...  I would appreciate if someone could make more tests, if
possible on several machines and/or with different soundcards.

You don't have to install the package to test.

git clone git://git.debian.org/pkg-gnustep/volumecontrol.app.git
cd volumecontrol.app
quilt push -a
make
./VolumeControl.app/VolumeControl
