The link is not working, you probably deleted the package.  I can't
see it in the official archive either.  Are you still interested in
CoreBase?  There's a new experimental Opal backend in GNUstep Back
that depends on it; I'd like to at least take a look to see if it's
worth providing a gnustep-backN-opal package.
