Should I remove them from gnustep-gui_0.25.0.orig.tar.gz ?

Or since I can't find any invariant section (thanks to grep),
can I consider them as licensed under GFDL with no invariant sections
(DFSG free)
and update the debian/copyright file ?
(In this case, should I prepare a 0.25.0-2 packages ?
or should I re-upload an updated 0.25.0-1 package ?)
