I just took a closer look at the code and there's another big problem:
it relies on modified versions of GNUstep core.  (Sergii mentioned
this in his announcement; I simply forgot about that while I was
replying to you.)  Until all modifications are merged into GNUstep
proper, this is a no-op, regardless of the clang/new runtime issue.

We can't maintain two GNUstep core sets even if we had the manpower;
the release team, the security team and the ftpmasters would never
allow that.  And rightfully so.
