[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Uploads of ftp.app, gorm.app, price.app and timemon.app

Hi,

I've just sponsored ftp.app, gorm.app, price.app and timemon.app for
Gürkan. We agreed that I'll add some minor fixes myself (like updated
Vcs-* headers, build hardening flags, watch files, etc.) and upload
then directly.

Since I have no commit access to the pkg-gnustep repos (and don't need
one either), I pushed my changes to
https://anonscm.debian.org/git/users/abe/gnustep/. Please fetch them
from there and push them to your repos.
