I know that you don't have upload rights.  I don't have usual sponsor
and experience shows that it takes some time to get sponsored via
mentors (although the reaction is quicker for uploads fixing RC bugs).

If your sponsor is busy, let's go through mentors in order not to lose
time (it doesn't matter which one of us appears as uploader).
