It also fails when I test locally with piuparts/0.82.  I don't know
why, but judging at the piuparts log it attempts to install some -gui
packages from the archive.  It is probably attemtping some
upgrade/downgrade scenarios and that is doomed to fail because
gnustep-back is not binNMUed yet.

Certainly not when I run "dpkg -I" on the .deb.
