[Debian GNUstep maintainers] List attachments

Eric,

I see that you are admin of the mailing list.  Baring objections,
could you please configure it to allow attachments?  It is rather
annoying to take a patch from the BTS or check there the
reason/message when a bug is being closed.

I have asked Gürkan in the past but he had forgotten his admin
password so wasn't able to do that.
