TBH, I don't know enough about multiarch stuff; because GNUstep was
not multiarch-ready I never bothered to investigate. Now that there's
initial multiarch support we should probably attempt to multiarch-ify
all GNUstep libraries in the near future.
If setting Multi-Arch:foreign is the correct thing to do, please do.
It's up to you; I'm not educated enough to have an opinion.
