We would like to carry out a gnustep-base transition:
libgnustep-base1.24 -> libgnustep-base1.25

The major change is the removal of the garbage collector which was
never used in Debian anyway.  Version 1.25.0-1 is in experimental,
built on all arches except powerpcspe (it looks like it has some
trouble catching up).  We tested all reverse dependencies; there are
two packages which FTBFS [1] but they have been fixed in
unstable/testing so can be binNMUed with the rest.

I don't expect any sourceful uploads for the rdeps.
The automatically generated ben tracker looks correct to me.
