[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Misc issues with gnustep-base

1. Removal of gnustep-base-examples

An old idea of mine, I don't remember if I have discussed it with
someone from the team.

This package is very low popcon (54), the examples are really small
and I don't think they justify a separate package. I suggest to move
them to gnustep-base-doc. I think this is what most developers would
expect. A newbie would install the -doc package, study the
documentation + examples and experiment. (Actually that's wrong, most
newbies will read it online at gnustep.org, but that's a different
topic. Ooops, that's wrong too, most newbies will not read the
documentation at all, they will ask on a forum/ML/IRC how to solve the
problems they encounter.)

Any objections?

2. debian/control -- It is not possible to regenerate it with a simple
command now as it is part of the override_dh_auto_configure recipe.

3. Where is the Git history? I am pretty sure that I have imported
the package from the old Arch repository and the history was intact.
In any case it should be available from the time we switched to Git,
which was quite some time ago. Is the repository reset from scratch
and reimported from the Debian packages?
