[Debian GNUstep maintainers] List owners update; old repos gone

Following a message from the new maling list server admins I just
removed this email as list owner as it'll stop working once Alioth is
retired:

eric-guest at users.alioth.debian.org

That's Eric, who is also listed with his usual address.  I also took
the liberty to remove Hubert (hubert at uhoreg.ca) as he stepped down
long ago and I guess he wouldn't be willing to get all this
administrativia stuff.

The current list owners/moderators are:

heintzmann.eric at free.fr (Eric)
gurkan at phys.ethz.ch     (Gürkan)
yavor at gnu.org           (Yavor)

According to the latest announcement at d-d-a, I also deleted (rm -rf)
all repositories at Alioth.
