I just pushed these additional commits:

Yavor Doganov (4):
      Use dh_installinit's new --no-enable option; require debhelper >= 11.1.
      testsuite: Export GNUSTEP_MAKEFILES; don't clean as it's useless.
      Remove no-symbols-control-file lintian override as #749202 has been fixed.
      pkg-config-macro.patch: Mark as applied upstream.

Also pushed the changelog as I had to change it a bit and I'm afraid
it can be messed up in the process.
