I was too quick to jump to conclusions; it appears that my detachment
from Debian has took its toll. The gsdh_gnustep tool is still
necessary for frameworks if the maintainer doesn't want to hardcode
every single hoop in .install/.links.
So it is premature to retire it. We may think of a way to implement
this FHS_ME_HARDLY approach upstream, strictly limited to the debian
layout, and provided that they agree. Until then, gsdh_gnustep has to
stay. gs_make should be gone, it serves no purpose.
