Thanks for the report.  Only one test is failing:

| base/NSInvocation/general.m:
| Failed test:     general.m:208 ... Can send/return NSRect

This is consistent failure as it failed 3 times on arm-arm-01 (arm64
buildd targeting armhf) in November when gnustep-base was binNMUed for
the ICU transition.  Finally it was given back again and built
successfully on arnold.

I see that libffi was also built on arm-arm-01.  It would help a lot
if you can retry the gnustep-base build with libffi built on armhf.
If it succeeds it would certainly mean that the problem is in libffi.
Otherwise, it may well be a GNUstep bug which we'll need to
investigate somehow.
