[Debian GNUstep maintainers] GNUstep on ia64

As you probably know, ia64 has been resurrected from the ashes
recently, after its removal circa 2012.  GNUstep Base's testsuite has
been failing there since then but I was pretty sure it was due to
libffi bugs (libffi's own testsuite had multiple failures on ia64).
Now 1.26.0-7 passed successfully with a new libffi version where
apparently these issues have been ironed out.

With Base available, the rest of the GNUstep stack was built pretty
quickly so you can see it's all green now:
