Hi,

While working on Ubuntu's migrations, I noticed gnustep-base would
FTBFS due to network tests failing.
There's an upstream commit to improve this:

  https://github.com/gnustep/libs-base/commit/7e14fd1979963cf413a231ef6e9deefad89f233e

Change NSURL tests to use example.com

httpbin.org has lately been unreliable, leading to spurious test failures on CI.

While the package for unstable built successfully and the issues with
httpbin.org seem fixed, I still wanted to report this since it is
possible you encounter the issue with a future upload.

If this happens more frequently, maybe a solution would be to use a
debian hostname since they should not be failing when the CI is working.
