Upstream has renamed the public Gorm library from libGorm to
libInterfaceBuilder so on behalf of the GNUstep team I'd like to ask
for a transition slot.

The only reverse dependency gnustep-dl2 will require a sourceful
upload.

The ben tracker at release.d.o is correct.
