This upload is completely unnecessary now, it doesn't fix any bugs
related to the transition and it will block the GNUstep stack from
migration to testing...

Uploads are OK once the new GNUstep libraries migrate to testing.
Otherwise any new upload will reset the timer and would need a manual
unblock hint from the release team.
