[Debian GNUstep maintainers] cynthiune.app/volumecontrol.app cannot be binNMUed for the GNUstep transition

An attempt to binNMU both of these packages for the t64 transition
failed on hurd-i386 because of the extra-depends:

Extra-Depends: dpkg-dev (>= 1.22.5), libasound2-dev (>= 1.2.11-1)

Now they're stuck in a BD-Uninstallable state because of this and
cannot be binNMUed for the GNUstep transition.  Both packages declare
this build-dependency as [linux-any] so there were never problems on
GNU/Hurd.

Could you please reset the extra depends and, if necessary, schedule
new binNMUs?  TIA!
