[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Trixie goal: Multi-Arch

All bugs are fixed in unstable so we're only waiting for the GNUstep
stack to age and migrate (sogo was the last affected package and it
was uploaded yesterday):

$ LC_ALL=C ls -la /usr/lib/GNUstep /usr/include/GNUstep
ls: cannot access '/usr/lib/GNUstep': No such file or directory
ls: cannot access '/usr/include/GNUstep': No such file or directory

There are new GNUstep core releases so we must prepare urgently for a
gnustep-base + gnustep-gui + addresses-for-gnustep tranistion.  I plan
to rename the latter to gnustep-addresses, please let me know if there
are objections.

Because gnustep-base uses the new gnustep-tests --timeout option we
have to upload gnustep-make/2.9.3 to experimental (in order not to
reset the migration clock of the multiarch transition).

Alex, as usual (and as you prefer) I'll contact you on IRC. Many
thanks for doing the gazillion uploads required for this transition
(this is the hardest transition we've done so far; it is harder than
the GCC 4.7 transition because it affected much more packages).
