[Debian GNUstep maintainers] GNUstep library transition ahead

I already asked the release team to remove the gnustep-make block hint
that is blocking the multiarch transition so hopefully stuff will
migrate today (Monday).

Meanwhile, I rebuilt the GNUstep world against the new core libraries
(hope that Alex can upload them today; packages have been ready for
some time) and discovered only one issue: gnustep-dl2. It's a trivial
one and already fixed upstream. We'll upload it right after the
multiarch transition is over so that gnustep-dl2 can be binNMUed along
with the rest of the rdeps.

I'll suggest to the release team to carry out the additional
transitions simultaneously (gworkspace for the Inspector framework and
gnustep-addresses for both frameworks it ships). I inspected the Gorm
1.5.0 diff and there's no ABI break, so it'll be uploaded after the
(library) transition. That's also the case with dbuskit/renaissance in
experimental, and popplerkit.framework/systempreferences.app that Alex
will have to upload to experimental to assist the gworkspace
transition (so that gworkspace can be built in experimental against
the new core libraries).

The most important thing is to catch the transition freeze deadline
and avoid failing miserably like we did for bookworm. There'll be
plenty of time to make further uploads but we must deal with the core
stuff first. There are libxml2 and flac transitions on the horizon
that may hold ours.
