[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Bug#1098453: unar: Wrong CRC on big endian

On https://github.com/MacPaw/XADMaster/issues/168 that I fixed partially in unar, it is rightly claimed that the existing Debian patch for the CRC problem on big endian is incomplete. I am including a new version of the patch.

This makes python-rarfile autopkgtests fail: https://ci.debian.net/packages/p/python-rarfile/
