[Debian GNUstep maintainers] Bug#1115096: gnustep-make: please drop the CDBS integration

Dear Maintainers,

CDBS is being sunset

The list of remaining .mk modules
and their users is ever shrinking.

Please drop /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/gnumakefile.mk
and /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/gnustep.mk
from gnustep-make.

I already filled two bugs against the two
very last users I found thanks to Debian Code Search
