   * debian/patches/no-useless-fclose.patch: Likewise.
   * debian/watch: Upgrade to version 5 and set as untrackable.
   * debian/salsa-ci.yml: New file; disable the uscan and arch:all tests.
   * debian/copyright: Replace FSF's old address with URL; update years.
