Seems to build fine etc. and the changes upstream are minimal. 

The only question is whether we sort out the

Provides: libopencdk-dev, libopencdk8-dev
Conflicts: libopencdk-dev, libopencdk8-dev, libopencdk8.11-dev

I can't find a bug that indicates why they were added, do you know? I
assume there was an errant version of the package during some
transition.
