[Pkg-gnutls-maint] New upstream release

Hi,

I have updated to the new upstream release in svn. The release notes say
there are no significant changes, and I didn't have to modify the
packages to get them to build except for removing the patches that have
been incorporated upstream.

The linda warning

  W: gnutls-doc; File gnutls.devhelp.gz not symlinked to from devhelp
  dirs
   The file shown above exists outside of /usr/share/gtk-doc/html or
   /usr/share/devhelp/books, and does not symlink back into either of
   those two directories

still persists. I think this is a bug in linda, which I will file once I
have checked.

However while investigating I found that devhelp does not pick up the
docs. This is becuase it opens /usr/share/gtk-doc/html, reads all the
directories and then looks for devhelp files that match the name of the
dir, gnutls fails here as we have

gnutls-api/gnutls.devhelp.gz

where it is looking for

gnutls-api/gnutls-api.devhelp.gz

This can be fixed either by renaming the dir, or I assume renaming the
devhelp files, which would you prefer. I have the former in my local
copy, but I will commit either if you have a preference.
