[Pkg-gnutls-maint] Bug#221613: Processor optimized versions

This does not seem to be useful for *86 hosts, gcrypt only features
assembly for i386 and i586.

I've run tests with --target=i(3|5)86-pc-linux-gnu. On my system (AMD
Sempron(tm) 2200+) i386 assembly seems to be as fast as none and
i586-assembly is slightly slower than both.
