[Pkg-gnutls-maint] Q about libksba8 0.9.14-1

Hej James,
I see you've packaged libksba 0.9.14 and put it into SVN. :-)

I got two questions about that:

debian/rules:
DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS = --enable-share --enable-maintainer-mode

Why --enable-maintainer-mode?

debian/control:
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends} ${misc:Depends}
Would his actually work if ${misc:Depends} was nonempty? I thought
even expansion variables would need to be listed comma separated.
(Just asking.)
