[Pkg-gnutls-maint] uploading libgcrypt 1.4.0-2 to unstable

Hello,
I would like to upload libgcrypt 1.4.0-2 to unstable. This is just a
shlibs bump, the soname is unchanged. The package will be almost
identical to 1.4.0-1 in experimental, just these two additions:
   * Bump shlibs, new symbols added. (Should have been done in 1.4.0-1.)
   * B-d on libgpg-error-dev (>= 1.4).

Since libgcrypt has loads of r-depends and I do not want to block some
big transition I thought asking you could not hurt.
