Hello,

doing as advised. libtasn1-3-bin simply does not match the definition of
priority standard at all. - Have you ever invoked
./usr/bin/asn1Decoding ./usr/bin/asn1Coding or ./usr/bin/asn1Parser or
missed them on a standard sarge installation?

Please downgrade libtasn1-3-bin to optional or rather extra ("are only
likely to be useful if you already know what they are or have specialized requirements."). Thanks.
