pkgdatadir is below /usr/share/ and therefore the wrong location for
arch-dependent data. And I think guile would simply dail to find there
currently.

Anyway. I do not think that is a problem I should try to solve
speciallly in gnutls, it looks more like general policy problem.

I have commited guile supported to the expermintal branch (2.1.x). I
am not yet sutre when I am going o upload, since  do not yet know how
bad the API breakage in gnutlls is, whether I should keep the
libgnutls-dev name.
