That's actually wrong. /dev/urandom will first deplete the kernel
entropy pool and will ony fall back to a PRNG when there is no more
true entropy available and where /dev/random would block instead.
This is clearly documented in random(4).
Just a bit of advice: You're anonymous and yet your messages contain a
fair amount of flame. To take somebody with _this_ extraordinary
communication skill seriously, I'd expect him to get at least these
basic facts right. If I can contradict you on this easy turf, how can
I judge if you know what you're talking about in the parts of your
messages that I don't understand, or whether you're just simulating
competence by adding inappropriate amounts of rudeness?
