[Pkg-gnutls-maint] Bug#490631: RM: opencdk10 -- ROM; stale package

Please remove opencdk10 from sid. Its only reverse dependency (on !m68k
or hurd) in sid (and lenny) is gnutls13, whose removal I have also
requested. #490628

The standalone opencdk library is dead upstream, only the stripped
down copy shipped in gnutls26 itself continues to be maintained.
