[Pkg-gnutls-maint] success building gnutls 2.4.0-1 debian packages on arm, powerpc, and amd64

amd64 worries me:

There are a lot of "/dev/null: Permission denied" in there.  that
sounds like a buildd problem, not a package problem, though.  I didn't
encounter that at all on my amd64 xen build environment.

And the s390 build looks like it's stuck in some sort of tangled
dependency:

Why would the experimental buildd care about keeping libcups2-dev
installed?  Is this a quirk of s390, or is the buildd misconfigured?

Unfortunately, i don't have an s390 machine to experiment with
myself. :(
