Bug#550077: libgcrypt11: Please provide a symbols file

Please provide a symbols file, so that most rdepends don't depend on a newer
version of libgcrypt11 when they don't use the 4 symbols that are not in the
package in lenny.

The file in
http://qa.debian.org/cgi-bin/mole/seedsymbols/.raw/seedsymbols/libgcrypt11_amd64
should be useable almost as-is. I'd only recommend to remove the debian
revisions from the version numbers (sed -i 's/-[^-]*$//').
