Do you have php5-pgsql installed?

If so, I believe your report is a duplicate of
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=411982>.

Can you try to see if the simple fix

mv /etc/php5/conf.d/curl.ini /etc/php5/conf.d/z_curl.ini

works?
