Bug#604944: Please move libgcrypt to /lib

Hello,

it would be great to move the library file libcrypt.so.11 from /usr/lib
to /lib. this would allow to move the depending libcryptsetup1 to /lib
as well. additionally, statically linking in the cryptsetup binary would
no longer be necessary.
