gnutls 2.10.5-2 and 2.12.7-1 on ARM are failing with PSK

With libgcrypt11 1.4.6-8 my problematic testcase is also passing, i.e. 
gnutls-cli and gnutls-serv can now communicate via PSK-AES and also my 
modified version of mod_gnutls now again accepts PSK-AES connections.

Many thanks to you Andreas for tracking this down!

Nevertheless this cannot be the actual fix for the broken compiler.  So 
the compiler bug report will hopefully be left open!?
