Hello,
I was wondering about this before uploading the package and asked on
IRC:
<nutmeg> Hmm. Don't udebs need a pre-depends on multiarch-support if they install a library in a multiarch patch?
<nutmeg> s/patch/path/
<mrvn> nutmeg: do udebs even have that?
<nutmeg> mrvn: I do not know.
<mrvn> nutmeg: udebs are ment as set. Mixing e.g. stable and unstable udebs isn
<mrvn> 't supported.
<mrvn> So as long as the libc6 is new enough the udebs will be fine.
<nutmeg> mrvn: ok. Thank you for the explanation.
So it looks like the lintian warning is broken. Shall I
a) wait for ftpmaster lintian to be fixed
or
b) try to override the lintian warning (is this even allowed/possible
for udebs?)
thanks, cu andreas
