I could either revert back to installing directly to libdir (just when
we got rid of that ugliness in 3.0.7) or drop Multi-Arch: same and
install to non-multiarch paths.

I will probably do the latter, the whole problem is supposed to be fixed
in guile 2.0, and afaict there is no other guile 1.8 module in Debian
that install to a private subdirectory of $libdir on multiarch paths.
