Thanks for testing the packages in experimental.

This is another packaging issue. Since gtk-doc-tools is not a
build-dependency (unless we are building arch-all packages)
ca-certificates which ships /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt is not
present and found by ./configure. Adding a ./configure argument
should fix this.
