Bug#376463: libgcrypt cannot be used multiple times in the same client

I found a 2006 discussion of the issues involved on the *gnutls* mailing
list at http://lists.gnutls.org/pipermail/gnutls-devel/2006-January.txt

No idea what has become of this, e.g. if there's a "standard" way for
libraries to coordinate their use of libgcrypt similar to the wrapper
gnutls is said to use; there does not seem to be a bug in the
libgcrypt bug tracker upstream either.
